By submitting the following form, I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read the Terms of Use (Rules and Regulations) document.
REFUNDABLE CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
In addition to the hourly rental fee, there is a $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit that will be added at the time of booking. If at the close of your session, there are no damages or a need for a deep cleaning, you will receive your full deposit back within 24 hours. However, if there are any damages or if there is a need for a deep cleaning or there are signs of smoking inside (which is prohibited), you will not receive the deposit back.
